Bhramha is god, in India we believe that Bhramha is creator of the
world , Phala means fruits and Churnam means powder.
In order to prepare this Bhramha Phala Churnam you need to
gather/collect below things
Items Requied :-
1. [Marri Chettu Pandlu] - 100grms
2. Liquorice [Athimathuram] - 100grms
3. Sugar Candy [Kanda Chekkara] - 100grms
Process :-
1. Dry Marri Pandlu under sun
2. Powder dried Marri Pandlu
3. Powder the Athimadhuram
4. Powder the Kandha Chekkara
5. Mix all the above powder well and store it in a glass bowel
Usage :-
-> Daily chew 1 spoon directly or mix in glass of water and take it.
